Sales Representative
Full-time, remote
Own the front line of growth. You'll guide business owners from first conversation to signed platform, showing them what owning their software actually feels like.
What you'll do
- Run discovery calls and translate a prospect's chaos into a clear platform vision
- Manage your pipeline end to end, from first touch to close, inside our own CRM
- Partner with the founder on proposals, pricing, and follow-up
- Keep notes, next steps, and forecasts current so the team always knows where deals stand
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B or solution sales, ideally software or services
- Comfortable explaining technical value in plain language
- Self-directed, organized, and relentless about follow-through
- Genuine curiosity about how small and medium businesses operate

Operations & Account Management
Full-time, remote
Keep delivery sharp and clients happy. You'll be the steady hand between sales, build, and the customer, making sure every platform ships on time and lands well.
What you'll do
- Own client relationships from kickoff through launch and beyond
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and handoffs across the team
- Spot risks early and keep projects moving without drama
- Build the processes that let us grow without losing quality
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in project, account, or operations management
- A bias for clear communication and tidy systems
- Calm under pressure and great at juggling many moving parts
- Experience with software or agency delivery is a plus

Internship
Paid, part or full-time
Learn how real platforms get built and sold. Our internships are hands-on, not coffee runs. You'll work on live projects alongside the people doing the work.

- Sit in on calls and learn how deals and projects actually move
- Take on a focused project you can point to when you're done
